Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.

Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided with your RMA instructions. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure the item’s safe return.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped). In such cases,GuruDial will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
